Basic Package - $350 per month
- Up to two bank, credit card, or payment app accounts (additional accounts $50 each/month)
- Basic month-end reporting
- One block of designated work time per month on our schedule
- Includes up to four hours per month, additional time billed at $80 per hour
- Emergency work (same-day, holiday, or weekend requests) billed at $200 per hour
Standard Package - $650 per month
- Up to four bank, credit card, or payment app accounts (additional accounts $50 each/month)
- Weekly blocks of designated work time on our schedule
- Includes one monthly meeting to discuss your financials
- Includes up to eight hours per month, additional time billed at $75 per hour
- Emergency work (same-day, holiday, or weekend requests) billed at $175 per hour
Essential Package - $1500 per month
- Unlimited bank, credit card, or payment app accounts
- Daily or weekly invoice generation
- Input transactions and attend to your bank feed as needed
- Pre-booked blocks of designated work time
- Includes one weekly meeting to discuss your financials
- Available daily to process transactions, answer questions, and discuss requests
- Includes up to five hours per week, additional time billed at $70 per hour
- Emergency work (holiday or weekend requests) billed at $150 per hour
Pricing includes software subscription fees, but additional fees will be added for the following:
- A one-time onboarding fee equal to the monthly fee will be applied to all new customers.
- Reimbursable expenses, including postage, will be marked up 10%.
- In the event of travel, mileage will be charged at $0.75/mile.

Payroll
Full-service payroll with prepared state federal tax deposits. Human Resources assistance with new hire reporting and setup. State forms and filings for workers' compensation and unemployment.
Bank, Credit Card, & Revenue Reconciliations
Reconciliation of accounts and credit
cards monthly.
Customer Invoicing
Customer invoicing based on time and materials:
bids, or recurring transactions. Monthly statements
and accounts receivable updates.
Local/State/Federal Reporting
Preparing local and state sales tax: necessary employee tax and payments,
insurance forms, and any other reporting needs.
Entry & Vendor Payments
Correctly categorizing expenses and reconciling vendor bills against invoices. Issuing W-9 forms to vendors and requesting a certificate of liability
forms if necessary. Preparing 1099's annually if necessary.
Business Reports
Profit and loss statements, time by job details, balance sheets, payroll summary, and access for your accountant to quickly and easily file your taxes, saving you time and money.
